Eligibility
You must be legally entitled to drive in the UK.
You must hold an appropriate driving licence for the tuition you will take.
You must be fit to drive at all times. If you are suspected of being unfit to drive, the lesson will be cancelled and subjected to the cancellations policy.
You must inform your instructor of any changes that could affect your ability and entitlement to drive in the UK.
Lessons
You and your instructor are responsible for agreeing dates, times and locations of lessons.
Driving lessons will end at the location they began. Your instructor may end the lesson at a different location if agreed at least 48 hours beforehand, your instructor has the right to refuse this.
Lessons begin from the agreed appointment time.
Cancellations
Pupils must inform their instructor at least 48 hours before a lesson (unless there are serious extenuating circumstances) if they wish to change, cancel or rearrange a lesson.
Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in the lesson still being charged for.
Instructors will also give the pupil 48 hours notice.
Payments
Lessons are priced at £36 per hour with a minimum lesson time of 90-minutes.
Enhanced rates may be charged for lessons outside of our teaching hours.

Refunds
In the event that any block booking lessons are not used, refunds will be calculated at the normal lesson rate.
Driving Tests
Your instructor has the right to withold the use of the tuition vehicle for a driving test at any time.
We reserve the right to use fees from driving tests booked by us to recover cancellation charges.
